Please could there be a sign placed at reception indicating where the toilet is in the surgery. This would be extremely helpful as it would negate the need to wait at reception to ask the busy receptionist. (Please note I stood waiting for over 10 minutes reception on this morning whilst the reception was on a long and complicated call solve someone was available to ask where the toilet was?) if the was a sign could of been aside.

The practice, in a chase to save money, cynically changes branded medicens to generics without consulting patients, with possible unfortunate and uncomfortable effects. Really not recommended.

Everytime I ring for an appointment I think how lucky I am tobe a patient of this practice. All three of the surgeries are excellent.. I do have a favorite doctor but all the doctors are very good. What more can I say

Dr. Rahman was very clear with us, took the necessary time to fully check my daughter and brought in Dr Richards to double check diagnosis. We were very well looked after by both.
